Hello and welcome to my site.  My name is Jason Chiero and I work in the field of Hollistic Health.  I am a former Personal Trainer who last year made the transition to the field of Hollistic Health.  My belief is that the in order to obtain true health a  person must effort to improve themselves at the cell level.  Each of us has between 80-100 trillion cells therefor we should effort to  improve each cell to gain true health.  This may seem like an impossible task but it is not. Now when we understand that  the body  has a hierarchy of needs, when we meet these needs at the cell level then we can then become the  person  we were meant to be.  The information that I share with you on this site is designed help you satisfy your basic needs at the cell level.  I hope all that you find here will help you toward that end.  If you find yourself with questions/comments you are free to comment here and I will  address each question/comment.
