This page is dedicated to providing you with video examples of how to execute exercise perfectly for effective results.  The bottom line is that working harder does not always lead to better results.  In fact when exercises are performed incorrectly they can do long term damage and loss of effectiveness.  Please understand that if you can’t perform the exercises on this page then you should not be doing the particular exercise.

Also by posting these exercises I am not suggesting that you should be performing these exercises to help achieve your fitness goal.  I am simply providing you a video representation of how to best perform the exercise.
