I am always looking for new ways to provide you with the best nutrition and fitness training information. Since the introduction of this site I have predominantly utilized video to share what I have had to say with you. While video is a powerful form of media I wanted to provide you with other forms of media to choose from.

What I have decided to do is create audio podcasts series that will be displayed in individual blogs like this one and on the new page I just added titled “Audio”. Just as exciting is that I have also decided to make these audio podcast available for download, for free at the itunes store. Now you will be able to download these podcasts to you computer, CD or even you ipod to listen to anywhere at your leisure.

    BRAVO! Great comments. Real strength comes from your core values and your faith. Who you are is much more important than the size of your muscles.

    I am glad that you liked the audio on “Strength”. Too many people spend their time building muscle and forget about the fact that true strength is a mental, physical and spiritual matter.
