Zoe,

I am sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I have actually been in the middle of reading two books that will help you tremendously. The first book is "<a href="http://howtoeatmoveandbehealthy.com" rel="nofollow">How To Eat Move and Be Healthy</a>", by Paul Chek. He is one the worlds best holistic health practitioners. Take your time as you work through it. Use the stuff that works for you and never do anything that you feel will compromise your condition.

The second book is "The Metabolic Typing Diet", by William Wolcott and Trisha Fahey (you can get this one at any online bookstore). This is hands down the absolute best way to utilize what you eat to help heal your body. I promise it will not dissapoint. I am such a believer in The Metabolic Typing Diet that I am investing my own time and money to become a Metabolic Typing Advisor.

Let me know of your progress!

Hi Jason,
Wow, this is wonderful. I too, am coming back from a place of horror. I went from being an athlete and yoga instructor to wondering if I'd ever be able to walk down my driveway again. I couldn't even put away the silverware from the dishwasher and was on the verge of getting a wheelchair. I had daily multiple grand mal seizures, so couldn't drive or walk- talk about depression! I had 5+ years of this, following my open heart surgery.
I've spent the last year throwing all the bogus information and medication the specialists put me on only to find that the biggest piece of the puzzle of my physical decline was the MedicAtion! (Thanks Doc") I found your site because I am now able to move again and am trying to rebuild strength after 5+ years of being inactive. This brings me to my question...
Lower back pain- I have lots of reasons for it- scolliosis, degenerative disk dis. herniated disks, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Occult Tethered Cord.. some other details I don't remember. I have to sleep with a heating pad under my lower back and 4 pillows under my knees or I wake up literally screaming. Do you have any feedback for me on this type of low back pain? (It does get better with movement and heat- I try to be careful not to overdo it though or I bite the dust) And yes, I'm still on some medication- just like 6 pills instead of 45. I also take a lot of health supplements.
Thanks for everything Jason-
ROCK ON!

I am sorry to hear about your lower back pain. The scenario you discribe sounds similar to mine and many of my clients. There are many things that you can do that will improve your the way you feel and the condition of your spine. I am living proof that you can get better.

Why don't you send me an email at:

jason@emailpersonaltraining.com

I have a few questions I would like to ask you before I can give you advice.

HI Jason.. I am dealing with a lower back pain. This just started and I, too.. have lived a life of extreme exercise.. sports.. cycling.. ect.. running. Is your back still painful? I am doing a lot of yoga and stretching... but no changes so far. I am starting to feel hopeless.I appreciate your candor and honesty. I have a tight hip flexor.. I have been doing everything I can.. It is hard to keep going
