The Raschad Jones Project 48 hours and Raschad Breaks…

Only 48 hours into this radical diet change Rashcad Breaks…

 

 

Raschad made a wise decision to stop his training session.

 

At this point in the project Raschad undergoes significant Cardiorespiratory and Circulatory issues:

1.  His heart rate spiked to 180 beats per minute 4 times.

2.  He was wheezing and short of breath.

3.  He is suffering from lack of blood flow to his muscles.

4.  His upper body musculature began to ache and his joints are in pain.

 

In the interview below Rashcad details his experience…

 

 

I believe that Raschad made a wise choice.

 

While working hard is a very important part of a successful training program you must also listen to your body.  Many times we see individuals come to the gym after eating poorly, sleeping very little and generally treating their body poorly.  The end result will always be some sort of physical break down and pain.

As Raschad advocated responsible fitness professionals should always advocate true lifestyle change.  We know that it is not always possible to make radically changes overnight, we encourage a long term commitment to improving all facets of your lifestyle.

We will take an uncut, raw look into how this diet is effecting his family life.  Impacts that include:

1.  His relationship with his son.

2.  His relationship with his wife, including how he feels about intimacy.

3.  His unwillingness to be active.

4.  How he believes his quality of life would be impacted in future years if he were to continue this diet.

The Raschad Jones Project – Day 2

Only 23 hours in and he begins to lose his mind…

 

 

Please Be Patient This Video is Longer Than Normal!

 

During my interview today Rashcad is only 23 hours into this project and already we see:

1.  He loses his ability to focus.

2. He has difficulty speaking clearly.

3. He rambles.

4. His loss of focus nearly leads to a serious accident.

 

My next update will be tomorrow…

 

In my next post you will actually see Rashcad training.  The workout he is doing is a normal training day until…

1.  He begins to experience sever cardio respiratory problems.

2. His blood flow to his muscles decreases severely.

3. He is muscles and joints begin to throb.

4. He is forced to Stop…

Tomorrow you will really begin to see him physically break down.

For Now He’s in Great Shape, But How Did He Do It!

 

 

What were the recent change to his training plan?

 

A few months ago Rashcad and I spoke about his training plan.  After a thorough review of his activity and supplement intake we deciding that he was over-training.  Like many of you Rashcad was taking on too much in his training program.  As a result he did not allow his body to rest and recover enough to achieve the optimal results.

The video above details how a few changes in his activities and supplement profile led to:

1.  Less Muscle Pain

2.  Less Joint Pain

3.  Better Sleep

4.  Improved Focus

5.  A leaner, more muscular physique

Fitness Expert Interview Series Sneak Peak: Diabetes Part 1

Diabetes Expert: Carole Cambride MSN, APRN, CDE

 

 

 

Carole works with Doctor’s, Nurses and their Patients who struggle with Diabetes and related conditions.  She has been working in this field for approxomately 16 years.  In this video she does a fantastic job of describing:

1.  The difference between Type I and Type II diabetes.

2.  She also discusses how both types of Diabetes are contracted.

3.  She also discusses what a person who is diagnosed with either of these conditions should do!

Carole is also an exceptional person and a great friend.  I encourage you to talk to any of your friends and family members who might be struggling with diabetes.

Practically everyone suffers the effects of Inflammation.  The video above describes in detail what Inflammation is, how it can lead to Chronic Disease and what you can do to avoid.  Please make sure that you pay close attention to this video.  The adverse affects of Inflammation can’t be overstated.

Conversely, when you reduce Inflammation in your body you will feel better and reaching your fitness goals such as weight loss will become possible!
