In the past and in your free updates I have referred to sparkpeople.com. It is a great site that allows you to track what you eat. Now why would a person want to track what the eat? The most obvious reason is that what you eat dictates how you look and feel.
I have also made a video on how to use spark people and understand the information you get from it. That video will be releases in my free fitness updates .

Eating right can be very simple. Simply choose a few of your favorite healthy recipes and take sometime over the weekend to prepare the meal. Once you have your meal prepared, grab a few tupperware dishes and put your meals in them. This way all you have to do Monday morning is grab your tupperware and take them with you! I promise it works!
If you need help with a few healthy recipes go ahead to the “Healthy Recipes” page on this site and choose your favorite dish. I definitley suggest the Roasted Vegetables and Fruit Salad. Plus I have just added my secret Hamburger recipe using the fresh Rosemary Spice. It’s below:
