Why do you choose to eat what you eat?

 

 

Do you just like the taste?

Do you choose your food because of tradition?

Do you eat to satisfiy cravings?

Do you eat for nutrition?

Have you ever read the label on your Beer, Diet Coke or Water?

 

I was never a very big proponent of reading labels, so I wish there was another way to understand what you are putting into your body.  Even so  here’s what I hope you take away from this video:

1.  Heed the words of you mother “Everything in Moderation”!

2.  Food label measurements rarely reflect the entire contents of the item.

3.  Food and beverage marketers are working to convince you that their product isn’t so bad!
