While I am not the pleasure police, and would certainly never tell you what to eat or drink, I do want you to understand what your putting into your body and how it would impact you! I am also curious, I want to know:

What goes through your mind when you make when you choose something bad to eat instead of something good for you?
Have you ever read the label on your Beer, Diet Coke or Water?
I was never a very big proponent of reading labels, so I wish there was another way to understand what you are putting into your body. Even so here’s what I hope you take away from this video:
1. Heed the words of you mother “Everything in Moderation”!
2. Food label measurements rarely reflect the entire contents of the item.
3. Food and beverage marketers are working to convince you that their product isn’t so bad!

Unfortunately not many Personal Trainers or other so called Fitness Experts understand motor memory, and even fewer can effectively explain it to clients in order to get buy in from them. For me it is the foundation for reaching any fitness goal!
