do you really want to know how i feel…

I am a very simple guy!  

On Saturday Mornings I get up, have

coffee and breakfast, work a little bit 

and go for a run.

Without fail my run does two things:

1.  Makes me feel better!

2.  Reminds me of  important fitness information to pass along to you!

So I came up with an idea…I am going to title it my:  “Saturday Morning Rant and Rave”.  Check out the below to view my first episode!
