A Little bit of change…

I recently have received feedback from some really smart who visit the site often.
They feel that they could benefit from shorter more concise videos.  I agree with
and have decided on the following video format:

  • The topic will be stated up front (so if your not interested you don’t have to watch).
  • I will talk about the main points of the topic.
  • I will give specific examples of how the topic/technique helped someone.
  • I will give more detailed information on the topic in the free updates  and Newsletter (video or articles).

I hope this helps you make the most of your time spent here at the site.

I am a very simple guy!  

On Saturday Mornings I get up, have

coffee and breakfast, work a little bit 

and go for a run.

Without fail my run does two things:

1.  Makes me feel better!

2.  Reminds me of  important fitness information to pass along to you!

I prefer making small changes everyday!

They definitely add up. Feeling a little better
everyday = feeling great over time!

Do This:

  1. Replace one crappy food with one healthy food
  2. Drink a bottle of water right now
  3. Help someone else (I swear this works)
