Do you ever have cravings for certain foods?

Quick Tip To Relieve Upper Back and Neck Pain

Quick Tip:  Focus on taking deeper breaths.

I work with people everyday who experience upper back and neck pain. One of the quickest way for them and you to get relief is to make a subtle change in the way they breath.

When you take deeper breaths you are using more core muscles (diaphram, transverse abdominus).   As a result your upper body will be stabilized by your core not the muscles in your upper back and neck.

Conversely, when you take short, shallow breaths the muscles of your head and neck are constantly being used, in fact overused.  They then become tight, which reduces blood flow to the muscle, which leads to muscle stiffness/soreness and sometimes headaches.

Suprisingly Good E-Book

i had to check it out for myself…

so far i have only been able to review the first few chapters and i have to tell you that i am Highly Impressed with what i have read so far.
